A critical step in your research while considering opening a new business is a competitive analysis.  A competitive analysis will give you insight on the strengths and weaknesses of your competition.  In turn, you can make an educated decision for yourself on how you think your business would perform in comparison to the existing companies in your market.

After you have completed your competitive analysis, it will put you in a better position to answer the question for yourself:

“If I had a Modern PURAIR Franchise, how would I stack up against the competition?”

Some of the main things that you will want to identify about the competition as part of your competitive analysis include:

  • The number of competitors
  • Their online reputation
  • Their telephone professionalism
  • Their pricing
  • Their business growth
