Ryan from Modern Pure Air was great. Very dedicated to what he does and did a fantastic job. The entire job took about 3 hours but 1 hour of the time was equipping and then removal of equipment. I was expecting only 1 hour for the job since we had the same company in 2 years ago and it took only an hour. Ryan was shocked when he heard this but then said he understood because the individual from 2 years previously was let go by the company.How do we know the job was done to our satisfaction? 2 things. Our daughter and grandkids live with us and the 2 comments were1. This is the 1st time in a long while I feel heat coming from the roof vent.2. Our daughter walked into her teenage daughter's room and said it smelled clean and the granddaughter said she did not like the smell.Ryan was thorough and indicated the furnace filter was in need of replacement. I indicated to him it would be changed within the week as the plumber was coming to do an annual maintenance on the furnace. He was hesitant in wanting to put the dirty filter back but then did it.We also had him do our dryer vent. The outside opening is 20 feet from the dryer but when he cleaned the suction was strong enough that it even sucked the lint from filter in the dryer. I call that a thorough cleaning.Anyway, I do not hesitate in recommending Ryan and I have his name for future use. He strongly represents Modern Purair and if the other employees are of Ryan's caliber then you can't go wrong in using their services.Roy

The employees showed up on time, were very respectful and followed all Covid Protocols. They did a fantastic job and our house feels so much cleaner. My son who has problems with dry and irritated eyes has not been experiencing them since Modern Purair was here. They left our home very clean and made sure we understood what they were doing and explained it all to us prior to doing the work. I would highly recommend this company. I have had another company (that cleans carpets) do the vents in the past and there is no comparison to the job that was done this time. Used Modern PURAIR for duct cleaning and bio treatment plus dryer vent cleaning. Katie was our technician, did a thorough job, very professional, on time, great communication, personality and knowledge, very respectful of our home and no surprises on the cost. After 3 months of renovations including dozens of trades/workers in our house, some were very good, but Katie was 1 of 2 workers who made my 10/10 rating. I was skeptical of all the 5 star ratings I read prior to using Purair, and rarely write reviews ( about 3 total) but now I am one of those people recommending this service.

They worked hard for a good 3 hours and did an awesome job going above and beyond in many ways.We recently purchased a house that had strong deodorizer smells (febreeze?) And even some moldy smelling areas. After their work if finally feels like our home... old smells are gone! We opted for the additional bacterial fogging treatment that I believe took care of the mold concerns. Will definitely use them again!

And I plan to call them for my next cleaning in 2023!I had Ken & Kale this time around and they were just as phenomenal and professional as the last team that was here.Informative, attentive, considerate, and very POLITE! I was really impressed with these two. They moved their equipment through my home with utmost care. Explained everything to happen in detail. And I loved that they gave me a warning every time their would be a loud noise that might scare my pets, whether it be their gigantic ghostbuster-tank vacuum or a hiss of a hose.They even WIPE THEIR FEET! No, seriously! Like really really good. Outside and inside, they do it all. They were even careful to stay on the rug and not get any boot juices on my hardwood floor.Lastly, one of these guys I swear was a DOG WHISPERER. One of my yappy dogs who hates everybody LOVED this guy to death which is bizarre to me.Bottom line, I recommend them 100%.
