The ownership group acquired Modern PURAIR® Vernon in 2023, to join the other 3 locations owned by them: Modern PURAIR® Kelowna, Modern PURAIR® Saskatoon, and Modern PURAIR® Sea to Sky.

From a young age, Tristan was well immersed in his family’s business: Modern PURAIR®. During this time Tristan was working with both his father and grandfather. By the age of 16, Tristan was spending his summer washing vents at various job sites. After graduation, he ventured to establish a new Modern PURAIR® location in West Kelowna, later merging it with the Kelowna branch. With a keen eye for client satisfaction, Tristan spearheaded client acquisition efforts.

In 2018, Tristan assumed the role of General Manager of Modern PURAIR® Kelowna, igniting his passion for shaping the company’s future. His unwavering dedication to resolving indoor air quality issues propelled him to acquire Modern PURAIR® locations alongside his partner, Brett Flahr.
