Modern PURAIR® Franchise Discovery Days

One of the most important steps in your analysis of the franchise opportunity is the Modern PURAIR® Franchise Discovery Days – The Final, In-Person Interview.  PURAIR Franchise Discovery Days is a 1.5 day event held at The Vent Box (PURAIR® Headquarters) in Kelowna, BC.

At Discovery Days, we will be evaluating you and if you would be a good fit for Modern PURAIR Franchise Ownership.  You will also have an opportunity to learn about each of the different areas of operating and managing a Franchise.  Candidates discover what it takes through a combination of classroom sessions and visits to a real, live job where they will experience firsthand how a PURAIR job is run.

At this event, you will meet with the Modern PURAIR Head Office Team to discover the key principles in management, business development, and employee training.  We’ll also have a discussion on what your initial territory could look like while giving you an idea on how you can grow within and outside of that territory.

We’ll share with you how our Sales Center works to support our franchisees in booking and scheduling jobs through telephone, our online booking system, email, and web chat.

One of our favourite parts of the Discovery Days is dinner at the end of the first day!  During this casual evening event, we get an opportunity to know each other better outside of the office.   

Modern PURAIR® Franchise Discovery Days is a phenomenal way for you to get a strong feel for the PURAIR business and the team that you would be partnering with if you are awarded a Franchise Territory.
