PURAIR Franchise Owner Training and Support

When you join the PURAIR Family as a Franchise Owner, you will benefit from a complete training and support program that will give you everything that you need to succeed in the business.

Before you open for business, we’ll have you at our Kelowna Franchise [where PURAIR began], where you will learn through a combination of classroom learning and hands-on application at real jobs.  You’ll gain practical experience on each of the different types of jobs and services.  Since PURAIR uses standardized equipment and supplies across the brand, you will know exactly what to do when you get home.

We’ll provide training and support on operating the business, human resources, accounting, and business development.

Once you are open, a trainer will even come to your market and help get you comfortable with business to business (B2B) sales and show you the PURAIR Way of driving a recession proof business.

All this is supported with weekly and monthly coaching calls with the franchise headquarters.  Plus, you can also draw on the the experience and knowledge of your fellow PURAIR Franchisees.
